Flux was built by practitioners who got tired of watching good data work get undermined by the wrong starting point. Too often, data teams are built around systems and requests rather than what the business really needs.
We're not here to sell you the latest data technology - we're here to understand your business. Others focus on the data problem. We focus on the business problem.

THE TEAM
The Flux team brings together decades of experience across data strategy, transformation, and delivery.
We've worked across primary industry, logistics, financial services, manufacturing, and the public sector, in organisations ranging from complex multinationals to operationally intensive local businesses.
Between us we've led data teams, built enterprise strategies, delivered large-scale programmes, and worked at every level from the technical detail to the board.

We're product geeks and iterative thinking is at the core of how we work. We'd rather deliver something even vaguely useful today and improve it than wait for the perfect solution tomorrow (that will probably never arrive).

Data is already complex. Chasing perfection often means layer upon layer of complexity for minimal gain. We'd rather find the simplest path to a great outcome — complexity only where it's warranted.
